1.Osmanthus Jell

This elegant chinese dessert can be find in some Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant. It is simply jelly made with Osmanthus flower tea. It’s refreshing, delicious and healthy.



1 tbsp Dried Osmanthus 

10 g Dried Longan  

1 tbsp Dried Wolfberry 

100 g Rock Sugar, or to taste 

20 g Gelatine Powder 

250 ml Hot Water 

250 ml Cold Water 


1.Soaked Longan and Wolfberry in Hot Water.

2.Steep Dried Osmanthus with 250 ml of Hot Water.

3.Strain Osmanthus tea into a small pot, bring tea to a boil. Stir in sugar.

4.Sprinkle gelatine powder. Stir until dissolve completely.

5.Add Longan, Wolfberry and cold water over sugar mixture.

6.Pour into moulds or containers. Chill in refrigerator until set.


8.After stirring sugar, taste it yourself. It should be a little bit swetter than what you want. After chilling, it will be less sweeter than when it's hot.

Half an avocado

Handful of frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp 100% cocoa powder

Small handful of goji berries / cranberries

1 tsp of maca powder (optional)

A scoop of chia seeds (can substitute for other seeds)

A scoop of protein powder

2 tbsp natural yoghurt

A handful of oats

Water/ ice

Simply put these ingredients in a food processor and blend to the desired consistency. Enjoy!

Steamed Egg with Goji-berries




Improve eyesight and complexion.


Goji-berries (gou ji zi) 枸杞子 – a small handful (about 20)

Egg – two

Finely Chopped Green Onion and Coriander (optional) – a table spoon

1.     Soak goji-berries with warm water for about 15 minutes, rinse clean and chop into a fine paste.

2.     Beat egg with equal quantity of water and a little salt to taste.

3.     Pour egg into a shallow casserole or bowl and put goji-berry paste on top. Cover with lid or a plate and steam over medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until egg is set. Sprinkle in chopped onion and coriander, cover and steam for one to two minutes more.

5.     Remove and serve. Sprinkle on top a little soy sauce to taste if desire.
